Women’s Aid seeks to promote healthy and non-abusive relationships. It provides a range of support services, including help with mental health/wellbeing, counselling and welfare advice, at centres in Newry, Armagh and Portadown. Women’s Aid also provides emergency accommodation for single women and women with children who are experiencing domestic/sexual abuse. And it has specialist programmes for children and young people.
