Jason Spence from Kingstanding was shot after a night out with friends in Great Barr on 13 November. Two men have been charged with conspiracy to cause grievous bodily harm in connection with the 31-year-old's death. However, police say the man who shot the father-of-three is still at large.
"Jason didn't deserve to die. "He was my husband and I was with him for 17 years. "He's got three beautiful children who are left without a dad. "Somebody's got to know something out there because he was a good man. "He was a caring person, he looked after all the pensioners in the area. "If you wanted something doing he'd do it for you and he didn't deserve to die." | Internet links: The BBC is not responsible for the content of external internet sites Top England stories now: Links to more England stories are at the foot of the page. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
