Many more were injured in the attack at the Swaminarayan Temple in Gandhinagar.  Troops rushed to the temple as news of the shooting emerged (AP)  They took up position, finding cover where they could  Some took aim from the edge of the temple complex  Many were injured when the gunmen fired indiscriminately  Some had to be lifted over the gates  The temple is normally a place of peace, popular with tourists | |
