Climber rescued from Snowdonia
Mount Snowdon
The climber's ropes had stopped his fall before he hit the ground
A climber was saved by his ropes when he fell from a rock face in Snowdonia, Gwynedd.

The 22-year-old man escaped with a back injury after falling 35ft above the Llanberis Pass.

An RAF rescue helicopter from Valley, Anglesey flew him to Ysbyty Gwynedd in Bangor.

The Llanberis mountain rescue team went to his aid at Dinas Cromlech on Monday and the rescue operation was coordinated by North Wales Police.
