Work resumes after BP site alert
Staff have returned to part of the Grangemouth refinery after a precautionary evacuation.

The BP Kinneil site in Stirlingshire was cleared following the incident on Tuesday while a probe was launched.

Central Scotland Police, which did not specify the exact nature of the alert, said there was no risk to the public and site operations were unaffected.

BP said it had carried out a "controlled precautionary evacuation of staff" during the alert.
