Police officers confiscated more than 35 litres of alcohol from under-age drinkers in Angus at the weekend. More than 500 litres of drink have now been seized from youngsters in the area over the last six months.
In Forfar, more than 20 litres were recovered, including lager, cider, vodka and alcopops.
Tayside Police said many of the incidents of vandalism and anti-social behaviour in Angus at the weekend had been fuelled by alcohol.
