Annan actress Ashley Jensen has picked up the award for top television show at the Elle magazine awards in London. She accepted the recognition for the hit American comedy Ugly Betty in which she plays the part of Christina.
Ms Jensen rose to fame in her role as Maggie Jacobs, opposite Ricky Gervais in the sitcom Extras.
The Scottish actress has enjoyed a string of past honours including two British Comedy Awards for best actress and best newcomer.
