The incident happened during Celtic's win in Aberdeen
Police investigating a mass brawl during a match between Aberdeen and Celtic have charged more people.

A total of 24 people have now been charged following the incident at the Gordon Hotel in Aberdeen's Wellington Road on 17 February.

The fight broke out during a televised match between the two clubs.

A Grampian and Strathclyde Police operation has seen arrests in Aberdeen, Tayside, Lothian and Borders, Strathclyde, England and Dublin.

Supt Adrian Watson of Grampian Police said: "This is yet again a clear illustration of how Scottish Forces are working together to combat football hooliganism."

The game was played at Pittodrie Stadium, however those involved in the trouble were not believed to have attended the match.

Grampian Police asked anyone with further information to contact them on 0845 600 5700 or anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
