The talks could settle a long running equal pay dispute |
Union officials are to meet Moray Council's management team on Thursday amid ongoing discussions over impending equal pay legislation. The GMB and Unison trade unions have already accepted the council's five point 6m single status agreement.
The new deal would give council staff equal pay for work, ending years of inequality between men and women and manual and office workers.
It is thought members of the TGWU will be balloted after the meeting.
