Police hope drivers on the busy road will come forward |
Police have appealed for witnesses after a "road rage" attack on a driver in Aberdeen. The driver of a lorry towing a trailer was assaulted by the driver of a white van at the Persley roundabout.
The driver of the white Leyland DAF pick-up van was described as about 30, 5ft 10in, heavily-built, with short brown hair.
Grampian Police revealed on Friday that the attack happened about 1330 BST on Wednesday 7 June.
A spokesperson said: "The lorry driver was the victim of an assault and breach of the peace during a road rage type incident."
The 44-year-old lorry driver was not badly injured and police hope there will have been witnesses as the road was busy at the time.
