 St Enoch is among 15 underground stations in the subway |
Two police officers have taken up their posts on Glasgow's subway. It is the first time the underground has had a full-time police service and the officers will patrol 15 stations and subway trains.
Community officers John McCrone and Jack Mitchell are operating on a two-month trial period which will be extended if it proves successful.
Subway operator Strathclyde Partnership for Transport said passenger safety was of utmost importance.
