Work to redevelop a transport hub in Glasgow has been temporarily halted. Strathclyde Partnership for Transport said work was stopped for two weeks because of "complexities involved in the design" of Partick Interchange.
The contractor is said to be finalising technical matters. The train, underground and bus hub is expected to be completed by February 2008.
All services to and from Partick station will run normally during the refurbishment project.
SPT chair, Councillor Alistair Watson, said: "While this is obviously an unwelcome setback, I am confident that the rebuilding of Partick Interchange will deliver a new flagship station for the west end."
