The third Glasgow River Festival enjoyed warm sunshine as it sailed on the Clyde over the weekend. A raft of family entertainment and activities took place, celebrating the river's "past, present and future".
About 75,000 people turned out to attractions along both river banks, including a number of visiting Tall Ships and jet-ski displays.
Royal Marines abseiled down the Finnieston Crane and a theatre ship told the story of Noah's Ark.
The Science Centre had an entertainment zone and the Vital Spark puffer visited the Clyde.
Councillor Alex Mosson, chairman of Glasgow City marketing bureau and Glasgow City Council's spokesman for events, hailed the festival as a success.

"The 2006 Glasgow River Festival on the Clyde has once again proved itself as the best riverside event in Scotland and the perfect start to the Glasgow Fair holiday," he said.
"The success of the event continues to grow year after year and I am delighted to report that this year's festival was no exception, with more than 75,000 visitors enjoying a fabulous programme of exciting events and superb entertainment - all in beautiful sunshine."
Cllr Mosson said the Clyde waterfront was "a vibrant hub of trade" in the 1940s and 60 years later the area was once again alive with activity.
In 2005, more than 40,000 people visited the festival.
