SNP 2010 spring conference agenda

The Scottish National Party is meeting for its spring conference in Aviemore, on 20 and 21 March.

Here is the agenda for the event:

Saturday, 20 March:

10.30: Tribute and one minute silence to former SNP leader Billy Wolfe.

10.45: Resolutions on independence, pensioner poverty, renewable energy and kinship carers.

12.00: Cabinet update, with Michael Russell MSP, education secretary and Richard Lochhead MSP, environment secretary.

12.30: Close of session.

14.00: Resolutions.

14.30: Topical resolutions.

15.00: Speech by Alex Salmond MP, MSP, SNP leader and first minister of Scotland.

15.35: Resolutions.

16.15: Ministerial update.

17.00: Close of session.

Sunday, 21 March:

10.00: Delegates assemble.

10.30: Reports of office bearers and organisations (in private).

11.15: Resolutions.

12.30: Close of session.

14.00: Topical resolutions.

14.15: Cabinet update, with John Swinney MSP, finance secretary and Kenny MacAskill MSP, justice secretary.

14.40: "Electing your local champions", introduced by Stewart Hosie MP, SNP election co-ordinator.

14.50: Introduction of Westminster election candidates.

15.00: Speech by Nicola Sturgeon MSP, deputy SNP leader, deputy first minister of Scotland and health secretary.

15.25: Vote of thanks and Scots Wha Hae.

15.30: Close of conference.
