Scotland's council tax bills 2008
Scotland's 32 local authorities have set their council tax rates for 2008/09.

They all implemented a freeze following an agreement signed by the Scottish Government and Cosla, the umbrella body for the country's councils.

However, council tax bills will not be a carbon copy of 2007/2008 as water rates are rising from 365 to 379 and that increase will appear on the final notice.

Here are the average Band D figures.
