Ed Miliband has set out his bid to become Labour leader, saying he has "the ability to unite the party".
In an interview with Andrew Marr, Mr Miliband said he has decided to stand against his brother, David Miliband, "to give the widest possible contest of ideas and people".
He also said he would consider working alongside his brother, should either of them win the leadership race.
