Darling and Budget not 'credible' - Philip Hammond

Shadow Treasury Secretary Philip Hammond says that the Chancellor risks a lack of confidence in the economy.

Mr Hammond spoke to Andrew Marr ahead of Wednesday's Budget but believed that, whatever the election result in a few week's time, Mr Darling would not be Chancellor for much longer.
