No election 'giveaways' - Darling

Chancellor Alistair Darling says that there will be no "giveaways" in his Budget on Wednesday ahead of the general election.

Mr Darling told Andrew Marr that the electorate wanted to see a "sensible, workmanlike Budget" that would not gamble on better-than-forecast borrowing and unemployment figures.
