Brown: 'No military request for funds turned down'

Gordon Brown has insisted that no military request for funds for the operation in Iraq was ever turned down.

Giving evidence to the Chilcot inquiry into the Iraq war he also said that the military had always assured him that they had everything they needed to do their job.
