Alastair Campbell: Iraq aftermath clear early on

Alastair Campbell has said the British government realised the aftermath of the Iraq war could be problematic very soon after the invasion.

Tony Blair's former advisor told the Iraq Inquiry that very early on in the war, "John Scarlett talked about... the Americans... not appearing to have the plan that we thought they did".
