Tony Benn dismisses Labour leadership calls

Labour stalwart Tony Benn has said he does not think many people will take Wednesday's calls for a Labour leadership challenge seriously.

He said he did not think Labour members would consider the idea "for a moment".

"This idea, that as you enter this massive general election... the Labour Party would consider discarding its leader... I just don't think it's a real, serious, story."
