Osborne 'can't rule out tax rises'

Shadow Chancellor George Osborne says he can not rule a rise in taxation should the Conservative Party win the next general election.

Mr Osborne also told Andrew Marr that the current argument between the parties over inheritance tax was a "political attack" and that he was "happy to debate aspiration".
