Jacqui Smith apologises 'unreservedly'

The former Home Secretary, Jacqui Smith, has apologised to the House of Commons for breaking the rules on second home allowances.

She designated her sister's house in London, which she shares, as her "main home" and then claimed second home allowances on her Redditch family home.
