Lib Dems offer 'change for real'

Nick Clegg has told the Liberal Democrat conference in Bournemouth he believes the party is the only one promising "change for real".

But he said that while he wanted to get rid of tuition fees "as soon as possible", he wanted to be "certain we can afford it before we make any promises".
