Shadow Commons leader Alan Duncan has apologised "unreservedly" after being secretly filmed complaining about MPs' pay and expenses.
In the recording he says MPs were being treated badly after the expenses scandal and had "to live on rations".
In his apology, he said: "The last thing people want to hear is an MP whingeing about his pay and conditions."
Jo Coburn reports.
