Balls: PLP 'majority backing Brown'

Children's Secretary Ed Balls and ally of the Prime Minister says the majority of Labour MPs back Gordon Brown.

Mr Balls was speaking after Mr Brown faced his critics at a Parliamentary Labour Party meeting which he described as "tough".
