MP on need for a secret ballot

Labour MP Tom Harris MP has said he believes a line needs to be drawn under the events of the last few weeks, and a secret ballot may be the only way to achieve that.

He said he had told Gordon Brown he believed Labour could win another election, but it would have to be with another leader.
