Pressure grows on Gordon Brown

There is pressure on Gordon Brown and the Labour Party after another disastrous set of election results.

This time it is the European Elections which have left Labour in third place behind the Conservatives and the UK Independence Party.

Gordon Brown is meeting Labour MPs shocked and dismayed by a week of resignations topped by electoral defeat.
