Conservative leader David Cameron says the Prime Minister is leading a "dysfunctional" government after the resignation of Communities Secretary Hazel Blears.
During Prime Minister's Questions, Mr Cameron told the House of Commons the issue now had become about Gordon Brown's leadership.
Ms Blears' departure is the latest in a series of top-level resignations.
