Hoey 'not surprised' by expenses leak

Labour MP Kate Hoey has said she is not surprised information about MPs' expenses has been leaked to a newspaper.

She said she thought that had the details been made public earlier, "we wouldn't be in this embarrassing situation".

She added that "while the rules may not technically have been broken, they have certainly been milked".
