Child protection strategy outlined

Children's Minister Ed Balls has addressed the House of Commons to outline the government's strategy on child protection, following the publication of Lord Laming's report.

Lord Laming's review told those working in children's services that most of the necessary reforms were in place and that they should "now just do it".
