Osborne attacks Labour on economy

Shadow Chancellor George Osborne has criticised the government's approach to the country's economic problems, calling it a 'scandal of inaction'.

In a speech in Birmingham, Mr Osborne said Labour had left the UK ill-prepared to deal with the recession and should apologise.
