Conservative MP David Davis says he is convinced freed Guantanamo detainee and British resident Binyam Mohamed was tortured and the UK Government knew about it.
Mr Davis told the BBC's Andrew Marr a "huge number of laws had been broken" and the situation had to be fully investigated.
