Harman: "The Saville report speaks powerfully"

Labour party leader Harriet Harman told the Commons the Saville inquiry was vital to address the wrongs of the Widgery tribunal.

She said the Saville inquiry report spoke "powerfully", and that how the government now handled the report "is of great importance".
