Police seized the cars of "boy racers" who used part of a Northumberland coastal town as a racetrack. More than 30 warnings were issued to offenders in Blyth and three cars, including a BMW 3 series and a VW Golf, were seized.
Operation Laggan ran over two weekends following complaints about anti-social behaviour in the town's quayside area.
Northumbria Police said it plans to seize at least another six vehicles identified during the operation.
The operation is likely to be extended to other areas of Northumberland.
