Karl Roberts is serving a three-year Asbo

In March, homes at Great Cornard in Suffolk were leafleted warning that Karl Roberts had been banned from the area around his girlfriend's home.

Now Roberts, 19, of Great Cornard, has failed to turn up at court to answer charges of resisting a police officer and several motoring offences.

He was issued the three-year Asbo for intimidation and verbal abuse.

Magistrates at Bury St Edmunds heard Roberts had been verbally abusive and caused a nuisance by shouting and arguing with his girlfriend and playing loud music.
