Prisoners at a South Yorkshire jail are being given the chance to learn a trade to help them get work once they are released. A new �1.5m bakery at Lindholme Prison, near Doncaster, is offering inmates the chance to gain food preparation qualifications.
It is claimed to be the first project of its kind in the country.
Funding has come from the development agency Yorkshire Forward and the Home Office in a bid to cut re-offending.
