Decision on wind farm scheduled
Site of proposed wind farm in Somerset
Greenpeace backs the plans
A special planning meeting is being held at the end of October to decide whether plans for a wind farm in Somerset can go ahead.

Planning officials are recommending refusal of the application by Your Energy to build 12 turbines near Hinkley Point power station.

Your Energy said it is now prepared to drop three of the turbines closest to the station.

The meeting at the Cannington Centre in Cannington will start on 26 October.

Greenpeace backs the plans, which are opposed by a residents group.
