| A new health village with services for the elderly and young mothers is planned for a seven-acre derelict former railway site in Oswestry. A pharmacy, doctors, and dentistry services would be housed under one roof and a nursing home may be built too. The site, which was the Cambrian Railway engineering complex, has not been in use since the 1960s. An outline planning application is due to be submitted to the borough council on Monday.
