Woman loses money at cash point
A woman from Oswestry has lost hundreds of pounds through a cashpoint scam in Shropshire, police said.

The victim lost �630 when her card was cloned by a sophisticated electronic device placed in the card slot at the Sainsbury's supermarket in Oswestry.

Previous victims had used the Safeways cashpoint in Old Potts Way, in Shrewsbury.

Police are warning people not to use machines which look suspicious but say the equipment can be hard to detect.

The device reads and records the card's details including the pin number.

The cards are then cloned can be used all over the country.
