Mail deliveries hit by power cut
Mail posted in Oxfordshire may be delayed because of a power cut that affected the county's sorting office on Monday night.

There was no electricity for three hours at the main Cowley sorting office in Oxford and mail had to be diverted to other centres around the UK.

Tom Willis, mail centre manager, said: "We do have a back up generator but unfortunately that failed as well."

Mail services are expected to return to normal by Wednesday.
