Oxfordshire on flood alert
A warning has been issued about possible flooding in Oxfordshire.

The area has seen a great deal of rain in the last few hours, and more heavy rain is forecast.

The area between Bourton-on-the-Water and Newbridge is particularly at risk, says the Environment Agency.

River levels on the Thames and Evenlode are already high and still rising, the agency says.

Areas at risk include the towns and villages of Bourton-on-the-Water, Standlake, Hardwick, Worsham, Burford, Witney and Newbridge.
