Hooligans warned to stay away
Burnley town centre
Nathan Shaw died after being hit with a bottle before the match
The police have been warning troublemakers not to go to Burnley on Tuesday night for the match with Nottingham Forest.

The message comes from Lancashire Police ahead of Forest's first trip to the ground since the death of 17-year-old Nathan Shaw from Aspley.

The teenager was killed in Burnley town centre when he was hit with a bottle before Forest's match there in December 2002.

Andrew McNee from Haslingden is serving a seven-year sentence for his manslaughter.

He was also banned from football games for a maximum period of 10 years.

Chief Inspector Richard Morgan from Burnley police says he has been working closely with colleagues in Nottingham to stamp out potential trouble at the match.
