Andrew McNee, of Haslingden, Lancashire, is accused of killing 17-year-old Nathan Shaw, of Aspley, Nottinghamshire. The Nottingham Forest fan was seriously injured in an incident in Burnley town centre before the match on Saturday. He died in hospital just the next morning. Mr McNee appeared before Burnley magistrates on Wednesday.
