| The increase in the number of people caught drink-driving in Norfolk over the Christmas period is "disappointing", police have said. More than 1,500 people were breathalysed with 63 arrested - ten more than over the same time in 2003. Pc Michael Edney said: "Our festive campaign may be over, but we are still keen to push the message that drinking and driving ruins lives. "It is disappointing that people are failing to heed our advice."
