Lotto winner's sentencing delayed
Micheal Carroll
Michael Carroll admitted having cocaine worth 1,500
Millionaire lottery winner Michael Carroll's sentencing for drug possession has been adjourned.

Carroll, 20, of Swaffham, Norfolk, was due to be sentenced for possessing 19.7g of cocaine and other drug offences.

Swaffham magistrates adjourned the case until 23 March because a pre-sentence report was not ready.

The court was told Carroll had missed an appointment with a probation officer because he was unwell.

Last month Carroll admitted having cocaine worth 1,500 in his house when police raided it in December.

He was warned that magistrates had not ruled out a custodial sentence.

In addition to cocaine, officers found herbal cannabis with a street value of 10.90, cannabis resin worth 70 and 20 magic mushrooms.
