The first retired Concorde to go on show in the UK was unveiled at Manchester Airport's Aviation Viewing Park on Tuesday. The supersonic jet took centre-stage at a special ceremony which was marked with fireworks, an aerial display and a marching band.
Enthusiasts will be allowed in to view the plane from Thursday.
The plane is one of four to stay in the UK - the remaining three have been given permanent homes overseas.
The other planes can be seen at Heathrow Airport, Bristol's Filton Airport, the Museum of Flight at East Fortune near Edinburgh, the Grantley Adams Airport in Barbados, as well as at a museum in Seattle, US, and at a floating exhibition in New York.
The public will be able to view Concorde from Thursday.
