Emergency services hold open day
Emergency services from Lincolnshire have hosted an open day to tell the public more about what they do.

The open day at Bracebridge Heath near Lincoln on Sunday brought together about 40 emergency organisations.

Lincolnshire police, fire and rescue, ambulance service, air ambulance, Royal Air Force, and the Coastguard were just some of groups at the event.

There were demonstrations by police dog teams and fingerprinting units, as well as talks by urban rangers.

An RAF field kitchen was set up to show how troops manage to eat in a war situation.

The event took place in the car park of the John Bull pub.
