A campaign to name and shame people who drop litter in Boston is working, according to officials. Pictures of culprits are being published in a local newspaper as part of an effort to clean up the streets.
Boston Borough Council, which is responsible for the campaign, says the number of people caught on CCTV dropping litter is being reduced.
Since it started in August, 29 fixed penalty notices have been issued and nine warning letters sent out.
In this month's rogues' gallery, just three litter louts are featured.
