A secondary school in Leicestershire is to appoint a special behaviour manager following a series of problems. Burleigh Community College in Loughborough hit the headlines last year after a series of fights.
It is now advertising for a full-time Behaviour and Attendance Manager to work with teachers.
The last Ofsted report into the college highlighted the number of lessons missed by pupils as an area needing particular improvement.
Staff at the college have spent the last year trying to improve the behaviour of pupils and have already re-introduced a school uniform with that in mind.
The manager's job will begin at the start of the new academic year in September.
